- Details related to the loyalty program design, including business name, business icon, stamps required for the reward, and reward description
- Device permissions to access the camera for scanning barcodes from customers' loyalty passes
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the collected information for the following purposes:
- Setting up and managing loyalty programs
- Communicating with business owners and providing customer support
- Creating customized loyalty passes for businesses
- Scanning barcodes from customers' loyalty passes within the App
3. Information Sharing
We do not share personal information of business owners or loyalty program details with third parties. Business owners may share loyalty pass information with their customers.
4. Data Retention and Deletion
Business owners can request deletion of their account and associated data by emailing support@chow-pos.com. Customer data is retained securely and not longer than necessary.
